Gene Fein and Edward Merritt founded Genedics in 2003. Mr. Fein’s background is in network & multimedia producing, technology and management. Mr. Merritt’s background is in design, artistic creation and education. With the input and assistance of four law firms, one accountant and numerous industry specialists, .the two have steadily formed a unique and formidable invention duo.

Since late 2003, spanning 22 portfolios, 47 patents and 150 + pending patents Genedics has established a track record as the most successful invention duo in the world. All of the patent assets created by Genedics, with the exception of two pending assets, have been either licensed or sold.
Genedics clients include a who’s who of technology, internet, wireless and data industry titans. The duo has steadily nurtured, built and received acclaim for their Green Roadway portfolio, which they continue to own and manage. The portfolio has been licensed to the first two solar highways in the USA in Portland OR and Sacramento CA. Projects are now under way indicating exponential growth of the Green Roadway inventions including, more roadway systems and manufacture of Genedics patented hybrid panels.
Genedics plans to expand operations around the Green Roadway with the assistance of equity firm MDB Capital, as well as to continue to invent for clients they have agreements with, spanning many years into the future.
